The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase patient engagement, enhance hospital branding, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient visits and service utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and insurance providers.
- Develop and implement referral programs with local healthcare partners.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting hospital services to individuals and institutions.
Marketing & Branding:
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.
- Create content for brochures, newsletters, and advertising materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Public Relations & Corporate Tie-Ups:
- Establish partnerships with corporate organizations for employee healthcare programs.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to enhance service offerings and patient access.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Patient Engagement & Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide detailed information about hospital services.
