Corporate and TPA Billing Executive
The Corporate and TPA Billing Executive manages corporate and third-party administrator (TPA) billing processes, ensuring accurate claim submissions and efficient financial transactions. This role involves handling cashless treatments, verifying insurance approvals, processing corporate bills, and coordinating with companies and insurance providers to ensure timely payment settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & TPA Billing Management:
- Process and manage corporate and TPA bills accurately and efficiently.
- Verify insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and treatment coverage.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on pending approvals.
- Handle cashless hospitalization billing and maintain proper documentation.
Insurance & Company Coordination:
- Liaise with insurance companies and TPAs to secure claim approvals and settlements.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for bulk billing and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and corporate agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, claims, and outstanding payments.
Patient & Client Assistance:
- Guide patients and their families through corporate and TPA billing procedures.
- Explain claim processes, required documentation, and payment policies clearly.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and client concerns professionally.
Team Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with finance, front office, and medical teams for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, financial regulations, and insurance guidelines.
