The Front Office Executive manages the reception area, handles administrative duties, and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Patient Assistance:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff, providing information and directions as needed.
- Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Administrative Support & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry in hospital systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Manage courier services, office supplies, and other administrative logistics.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Provide clear and courteous information regarding hospital services and policies.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate authority when needed.
- Assist international patients with necessary documentation and procedures.
Team Collaboration & Compliance:
- Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure efficient operations.
